Christopher J. Morgan, BSc., DC, FRCCSS(C) Chiropractor, Sports Specialist

Dr. Christopher Morgan, Chiropractor, Sports Specialist is a highly skilled and dedicated professional committed to providing exceptional chiropractic care.

In 2004 Dr. Morgan became a chiropractic sports specialist with the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Science. His professional appointments include, Toronto 2015 Pan Am/ParaPan Volunteer Medical, Athletic Canada team chiropractor for the 2008 Penn Relays and 2005 Francophone Games in Niger.

In 2014 Dr. Morgan created Back 2 Life, a Low Back Pain Program for TAIBU Community Health Centre as part of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Primary Care Low Back Pain Pilot. The Back 2 Life Program received the Centennial College Governor General Award for Community Partnership in 2018.

Dr. Morgan is also the recipient of the 2020 Ontario Chiropractic Association Community Service Award which recognizes an individual, group or organization that has promoted and made significant contributions to the chiropractic profession through public education and community engagement.

Dr. Morgan is happily married to his wonderful wife Ava, and they are blessed with four young adults that fill their life. Dr. Morgan believes that leading a healthy lifestyle is the best way to add years onto your life and life into your years. He is a leader in his community, and a constant promoter and advocate for better health outcomes for families and communities.

Kiara Mercury-Phillips, BHK, RMT Registered Massage Therapist

Kiara is a graduate of York University’s Kinesiology BA program and Centennial College’s Massage therapy program. Combining her passion for dance and sport, she identifies with the needs for athlete’s to be the best in their competition by having the proper recovery and maintenance with massage therapy.

She has completed sport, hospital and rehabilitative outreaches at Toronto’s Pan Am Sports Centre, Scarborough General Hospital and Variety Village.

Kiara’s most challenging experience was participating in the Low Back Pain clinic, as part of Ontario’s Low Back Pain initiative. This clinic allowed her to grow and learn in depth about treating clients with multiple health conditions and chronic pain. 

Kiara is enthusiastic about working with clients and helping them achieve their wellness goals.

Nicole Constant, ND Naturopath

Before coming to Canada in 1980, Nicole was a medical physician in Europe where she practiced in clinics and hospitals in Spain and France and undertook an advanced residency in endocrinology.

In 1988, Dr. Constant became one of the first graduates of the Ontario Naturopathic College’s special naturopathic medicine program for physicians trained abroad.

Dr. Constant’s interests include nutrition and digestion, gut health, food sensitivities, weight loss, hormonal balance, diabetes prevention, heart health, building strong immunity, yeast infection, and autoimmune disease.

Dr. Constant also teaches laughter yoga and is a regular presenter at the MCW Health & Wellness Presentations.

Jennifer Cassimy, MSW,RSW Registered Social Worker

Jennifer Cassimy is a registered social worker, mediator and consultant who has extensive experience working with children, youth and families since 1997.

She is passionate about empowering people to face and work through life’s challenges. Jennifer believes people are resilient and therefore capable of growth, change and healing.

She uses multiple modalities in her practice including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focus Brief Therapy (SFBT), family, motivational and narrative therapies to empower clients to develop strategies to meet their unique goals and bring about positive changes.

Jennifer has helped many clients successfully address issues of grief and loss, anxiety, depression, employment issues, family conflict, trauma, relationship concerns and stress.

Jennifer enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their identified goals.
